Note the little brush, and the one noticeable flaw: Tape around the neck of the floor nozzle. (The neck is made of plastic, an oddly cheap short-cut in what is otherwise so wonderful a machine. The plastic is brittle and easily broken. (Anyone happen to have a replacement that's not broken?!)   Can you believe that beautiful hose?! It's like BRAND NEW!!   In one of the emails, "Jane" mentioned that her dad had said there was something wrong with the hose, which was why he had not used the cleaner. I can't see a THING wrong with it..... but lucky ME that he thought it was defective!!   And a close-up "money shot!!"   "AH, sweet mystery of life, at last I've found yeeeewwwww...."
